-No training -Nobody could decide who my boss was, so in turn everybody was my boss -Employees in the field weren't made to follow ordering guidelines, which led to huge problems -Expected to field work calls on my personal cell phone 24/7 without compensation. When I asked to be compensated, I was told "in this day and age, your expected to have a cell phone." -12+ hour days weren't uncommon -Expected to pay for everything with a credit card over the phone, when I had no copy of a company card
