They say it's flexible but it's really not. It's selectively flexible if they like you.

Lots of nepotism. My boss was this guy and my co-worker was his wife. Very unprofessional. They would tell me conflicting things in training. Very unorganized and chaotic. Rules and SOP's would change daily. I was fired with NO warning over a 44 second phone call where they wouldn't even tell me what I did. I thought I was doing a good job. I'm a strong determined worker & a quick learner. I was under the impression that I was doing a great job and all of the sudden fired in the middle of the work day and HR kept trying to hang up on me during that 44 second phone call and not tell me anything at all.
