Lots of Nepotism!!! BEWARE!!!! - Account Manager Rapid Hire Employee Review

No health benefit yet but not a big deal

I honestly loved the job, the tasks were simple and I felt as though I was thriving with the company. Account Managers do exactly as the title says, handling all new candidates and updating the clients. I enjoyed working from home as well.

So many CONS! Like the fact that I was let go due to not "fitting the company culture" although I was interviewed twice, given a little quiz so they can get to know me, and I waited about 2/3 weeks for a phone call back to find out if I was hired or not. I couldn't help but feel as if I didn't fit their culture because of my ethnic background. I also believe the COO is very unprofessional. I sent her a message in regards to the phone call of letting me go, she has yet to answer me. I also do not understand how this position is a 1099, but they expect you to work from 9-4. This company needs to get their management in order and they also need to understand the definition of a 1099 position because they have absolutely no clue what kind of business they are running :)
