No equity growth given to employees after initial sign on is atypical. Very frequent pivots have resulted in no useful product or IP several years after its founding. Most of leadership has little to no experience in the space and it shows. 3 massive layoffs in a 6 month span despite consistent promises that the company was financially stable for years to come have resulted in an overall destruction of faith in leadership, the future of the company and low morale.
