Strategic/Vision problems: No clear strategic direction - Acquires companies like LogicWorks but fails to commit resources needed to scale them properly "Everything to everyone" mentality - Leadership spreads organization too thin across multiple service lines without focus or prioritization Acquisition integration failures - Buys companies for their expertise, then underinvests in the very capabilities they acquired Short-term thinking over long-term investment - Won't allocate resources needed to build sustainable hyperscale business despite market opportunity Leadership lacks strategic focus - tries to be everything for everyone rather than excelling in core areas Acquired LogicWorks to strengthen AWS and GPC capabilities but won't invest resources needed to scale hyperscale business Frustrating for talented employees who want to execute but can't get leadership support

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Large portfolio of solutions to offer customers.

Cons

Clueless leadership making changes that are killing Rapidscale’s reputation. Every week the priority shifts with daily fire drills for sales reps. Insane internal processes required to get basic pricing for customers. Billing challenges are consistent with most customers. Rapidscale is turning its back on the Channel community and partners are noticing and spreading the word.
