      Pros

      Management has a very optimistic view of the company, growth, and long term success.

      Cons

      Reality is the company is going backwards in many ways. Many employees do not admire or respect senior leadership. Senior leadership purely focused on revenue. Employees learn after about 6 months of employment that they were oversold and are under appreciated.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Large portfolio of solutions to offer customers.

      Cons

      Clueless leadership making changes that are killing Rapidscale’s reputation. Every week the priority shifts with daily fire drills for sales reps. Insane internal processes required to get basic pricing for customers. Billing challenges are consistent with most customers. Rapidscale is turning its back on the Channel community and partners are noticing and spreading the word.
