The students can be really sweet and you meet all kinds of interesting people
Cons
- They NEVER side with the tutors and some Japanese students can leave bad reviews for the most insignificant things but you are given no opportunity to clarify this and bad ratings affect how much you get booked and future students' perception of you - Students can cancel classes very last minute but you don't have the same freedom, sometimes people will book a lesson a week ahead of time and cancel last minute, then it is almost impossible for someone else to book that slot - The pay is abysmal, even native tutors only make 800yen/lesson
