Bad working environment in the laboratory. The boss never conducted any safety meeting or anything with regard to personnel. No plans for anything if there is they wil not bother to discuss to the group. Supervisors here don't care about their people except themselves. The laboratory is in a very bad safety status. People tend to shut their mouth because saying the truth here is like opposing their work practice. No continues improvement plan for all seniors just mind their own. Safety issue reporting is forbidden.
