Terrible place to work - Production Rashti & Rashti Employee Review

Working at Rashti has been great! It is a small company with lots of team collaboration and everyone is very helpful. We work a hybrid flexible schedule which is a HUGE bonus! They also offer summer fridays and sometimes bonus holidays. The owners have an open door policy that is an added benefit of working here. I've worked at other companies where the owners did not engage with their employees, so this was very important to me.

The only con I think would be that your workload can be overwhelming at times, but management is always there to support you.

I have been the only Technical Designer at Rashti and Rasti for the past 5 years and did not write the review on May 9th, 2022. It's actually been a blessing. Ever since covid we've been working hybrid which has been life changing having the flexibility, in addition, they give us early summer Friday's & the people have been so nice to work with over the years. The children's clothing, bath sets & toys we produce are designed so cute & fun & get better each year. So glad to take part!

It's a small company for those who prefer corporate, but the benefit is you feel like family.
