the work can get very tedious sometimes depending on what you’re doing

I have worked for RateYourSeats.com the past two summers as an intern, and I loved working for them. This past summer, RateYourSeats.com moved back to a brand new office in Chicago. My bosses always asked if I needed anything in the office and if I felt comfortable in the office. If I did something incorrectly, they would provide constructive comments instead of becoming angry. They frequently took me and the other intern out to lunch and team outings- teamwork is very important to them. The environment in the office makes you feel welcome and that you are contributing something to the company. At the end of my internship, they provided me with feedback about my work and I was able to give them feedback for their management style again. It was truly a privilege to work with such caring employers.

The downsides to working at RateYourSeats.com are very small, I could not think of much. In my personal experience, I was asked to step outside of my comfort zone, which turned out to be a good thing. I also lived in the suburbs, so the commute was long for me. However, these are only in my personal experience.
