      Friendly staff/team. Nice office and normal 9-5 working hours. Good flexibility of working from home.

      Cons

      Constantly changing processes. Micromanaging. Not much diversity and some favouritisms when it comes to promotion.

      Pros

      Benefits - pension, shares, top notch for training opportunities and getting on in the company - they do listen to and included all levels of staff

      Cons

      Problems with technology, computer has problems in that it’s slow and antiquated systems struggle to keep up. Centrally controlled computer and sometimes difficult to get answers for IT
