Pros

- Most staff members nice - Nice office location

Cons

- Those on the creative team have less say in the design direction than account handlers - Managers not trained enough, but also aren't supporting their team. They look out for the business more than the worker. - Rarely bonuses, salary bands email was 'coming' and still hasn't to this day - Owners take so many days off but hold others accountable if they aren't in the office as much, double standards - Would see owners comment availability of their staff on LinkedIn posts by saying it's a 24 hour business and service - Keep people at lower end of salary bands not reflective of the work they're actually achieving

Pros

Talent of the team and office location

Cons

There is a top down issue that makes hard working colleagues consistently feel undermined and disrespected. Owners openly expect everyone to accommodate their schedules, illness, tantrums without any appreciation for the work and talent of the employees. Half of your job is managing their emotions and outbursts and they have no accountability for showing up or completing the work they want to micromanage on. Has become a very toxic workplace and people don't want to come to the office but are also reprimanded for working for home. Any feedback to management will become a witch hunt and a one sided conversation where they speak at you and expect you to listen. There is no regard for mental health and you will be told to go to therapy. It's never their fault and they believe unhappy staff is the result of negative people. Seems there is no self reflection or awareness at the top. Owners have promised transparent salary bands for nearly a year and along with many other empty promises just hope people forget about them. The way they speak to people is so condescending. The way one of the owners speaks to people is shocking. Always a blame game and never any appreciation. She has pushed so many people out the door this year because of how she treats them and it's not normal how many people in the company she makes cry purely from the way she speaks down to people. You always feel on the defensive and over time she makes you feel so small. They are the ones who don't follow process, or use work management systems or uphold the same communication standards and briefing standards the rest of the company use to collaborate well together. B Corp status is not reflective of how they actually treat their staff or sustainability efforts. They have lost the big picture. People regularly work overtime willingly, but they will nitpick how much time you've spent on lunch. This is not the company you see online.
