Pros
Talented and hardworking colleagues (trying to survive).
Cons
Rauva is a textbook case of what happens when poor leadership overrides everything else. The work environment is toxic and stress-inducing, driven by fear, control, and a lack of basic empathy for employees. If you value your mental health or expect fair treatment, stay far away. The 2 quarterly latest employee surveys included very good feedback and issues raised, from the staff, but was purposely ignored and labeled as noise. Leadership is highly autocratic and rules by fear, with little to no respect for employees Extremely rigid office policies: mandatory attendance before 9 a.m., cannot leave before 6 p.m., forced in-person days with no flexibility. Any days taken remote are frowned upon and looked at slacking. No employee benefits at all, no employee support and onboarding is virtually non-existent High workload and unrealistic KPIs mean long hours—work-life balance is a myth Constant management tantrums, lack of recognition, and regular punishment for minor issues Pay is sometimes delayed and turnover is sky-high The CTO, product, IT and cybersecurity are a joke and have no clue how to grow and support frontline business, accountants, sales and operations. The overall culture is toxic, hostile, and unsustainable, leading to burnout, extremely low morale and motivation. People survive by avoiding being in the spotlight or being exposed to the C-Level directly.
