Pros
- An experienced and competent leadership team who have a clear vision - The People team here actively care about continually improving the employee experience - Responded to Covid incredibly well with remote socials and team lunches, so you still have opportunities to get to interact with the people you work with outside of work - Excellent work-life balance - Friendly people to work with throughout the company who are also very good at what they do - Really good company culture
Cons
There's still more work to do around diversity and inclusion as certain groups could do with more representation in the company. (That being said, this is quite honestly the most naturally inclusive company I've ever worked at).
