      Ravelin is such a lovely place to work - Everyone is so kind, open and friendly - The product is amazing - It is an autonomous environment where you are trusted to do you work well and to the best of your ability. - Flexible working, remote working friendly - Great offices - Lots of events and socials - Even a great place to join remotely, you feel very involved!

      Pros

      I have recently joined the company and I can easily tell it has the best culture and working environment I have experienced. Everyone is not only really nice, they are good at what they are doing. From the interview process to the onboarding everything was very well thought and distinctively designed.

      Cons

      I haven't yet experienced any cons to mention. May be a better coffee machine for the office. :)
