It's good in the beginning and there you realize what you've gotten yourself into.

This company is still trying to figure out what works. They make a change and then 2 weeks later revert back to what they were doing. There's no real growth in this company. They throw unnecessary new titles at people that mean nothing. There's no real growth within this company.
