The promise the world to get you in the door, and started, than quickly take it all away. I was given one salary to begin with, than after 4 months they changed it because I wasn't preforming to their expectations. I see how this can be seen as maybe I'm just a slacker who didn't do well, but I know of multiple other people that this happened to, and when offered a position you wont be given any paperwork to help back you up. They also offer no benefits, and don't even have a 401K plan, let alone one they contribute to. If you get an offer from them, think about how much is missing from it, reputable companies drug test, write up offer letters to be signed by both parties, make you sign non-compete forms, and disclose all aspects of working for the company, Ray Hamilton sells you on a dream and then take it away almost immediately without giving you the tools to be successful. Their high turnover rates show this, only 2 people have worked for the company for over a year that I know of, they just have a revolving door.
