I had a very disappointing experience with Raylogic Control System Private Limited. The company lacks professionalism and accountability. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and deadlines were repeatedly missed without any proper explanation. The support team was unresponsive and unhelpful whenever issues were raised, and the product quality did not match what was promised. Also, the after-sales service is virtually non-existent. Once the payment was made, their interest in helping or resolving problems disappeared. I would not recommend working with this company if you value reliability, transparency, or customer service.

I was joined as trainee engineer in a same group when cintract system started. Managment is professional They provided best contactor, even PF and ESIC facilities and also Also started standard paid leaves also. I was exprienced very bad treatment in other companies to contract employee's. So I appreciate RAYLOGIC about good treatment to employees. Even they given 1 st preference to contract employee's for taking on payroll and even they did this for good performance employees who really want to continue the career. Yes Old seniors are always fear that if they share their knowledge to new engineers they will loose their importance in Company, so they try to trouble the management by creating uncertain quality issues to reduce productivity. But Managment Team also treating them very smartly without Affecting the RAYLOGIC Targeted goals. Thats call Managment skill. Overall well set and professional company.
