      because the firm is so large, it's hard to authentically build relationships and make friends

      Pros

      The pay is better than most 2nd or 3rd level positions. The benefits like 401k match, yearly bonuses, stock purchase programs etc are amazing.

      Cons

      It is NONSTOP phone calls on most days and they are pretty strict about metrics
