      Some remote days, but they are trying to get rid of that too.

      Cons

      Many. Inept training team, managers who didn't know their job, heyalth kpi focused to the point of being treated like a machine. Everything is tracked down to the seconds.

      Pros

      The pay is better than most 2nd or 3rd level positions. The benefits like 401k match, yearly bonuses, stock purchase programs etc are amazing.

      It is NONSTOP phone calls on most days and they are pretty strict about metrics
