Pros
Great training and resources, but you have to be motivated to learn and improve. No one will make you better yourself, you must be proactive. Series 7 is a must if you want to advance or earn more money.
Cons
Each office is too autonomous and collaboration between branches is discouraged in favor of competition. Pitiful maternity benefits.
