Pros
I work at a branch office so it's not directly under RJFS, but that itself is a benefit. They allow a good amount of autonomy when it comes to their advisors so in turn your experience will likely depend on who you work with.
Cons
Redundancy... Everything has to go through some kind of compliance and their systems seem to always have problems which makes it difficult to get things done at times.
