Pros
It has a culture that is comfortable. Some things that are allowed at other companies such as cursing and other things that make employees uncomfortable aren't allowed there
Cons
They instituted a policy of employee evaluation that requires that those at the lower end of a bell curve are penalized no matter what their perfomance is.
