      Great entry level company. You will learn a lot on the job. There is a lot of opportunity for career movement.

      Cons

      Slow-paced (could be a pro for some people) Lots of "red-tape" / paperwork Management is questionable. Couldn't land prime contracts and over committed on some proposals. This led to massive layoffs.

      set schedule, work with good group of fellow engineers

      Cons

      getting a bad manager that has no interested in helping you grow only make him self look good, would sell his whole team out to save face for himself
