      Customers are amazing, and the work we do is fullfilling.

      Cons

      Very political. This place used to be a nice, collaborative environment with excellent benefits and strong leadeership. Now, since the merger with UTC, everything has changed. The environment has become extremely competetive and cutthroat. The leadership buckles under the slightest pressure and politics run rampant. Avoid this place if you value a positive work environment.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
