Pros
I can only speak for the Aurora, CO division. Other sites may be better environments. Benefits are good (not great) for a family life. Good starter company to gain experience and resume builder. Access to world travel opportunities within the company
Cons
Promotion, past entry to mid-level, is thru attrition and nepotism not actual skill. Management beats down motivation and buries the self-starters with bureaucracy and procedure. Takes 5 times the effort to do simple projects. Quickly burn out trying to find any accomplishment within your job. Management uses procedure to cover up incompetence. High turn over rate.
