Pros
I had a great team in Philadelphia office. Everyone was friendly and smart. I learnt a wide spectrum of skills from present day cloud technologies to legacy on-prem related stuff.
Cons
Although the user feedback isn’t positive, the leadership stresses on grinding the juice out of the same product. I can understand social media marketing is all about ROI but there should be some dedicated resource and time allocation for sustainable product development.
