Reading Partners is an organization with smart, passionate individuals who truly believe in the cause of literacy. The organization has a noble mission that makes a direct impact on children who are reading below grade level.
Cons
While it's a collaborative environment, that are an extraordinary number of meetings that take time away from the work itself. The volunteer model is good, however it is not really scalable as is to reach the number of students who need the support.
