The CEO is unbelievable, throws temper tantrums and curses at people. Punches walls. Who does that in a business setting? There are constant negative changes that do not have a positive impact on the business. Morale is always low, the infrastructure is extremely top heavy with more SVP positions than anything else and they are all filled by people who do not live in the City. There’s been too much upheaval lately and everything feels shaky at best. There is no sense of camaraderie or teamwork it’s every man for themselves and you have to watch your back or there will be a knife in it. Not doing good work here, and taking advantage of people who deserve better than they are getting. They tout themselves as innovative and “bringing the doctor to you” but the sad fact is they are just another part of the problem not the solution. The benefits are few and far between. No retirement plan, expensive insurance, and a bizarre paid time off plan.
