      lots of free range of how to structure your day, pay is decent but you do learn alot in a short amount of time.

      Cons

      I find I hit my ceiling pretty quickly and there isnt a ton of room for growth.

      Having to work the majority of Canadian Holidays due to the majority of our customer base being in the US.
