Incredibly organized Well structured website and support Easy to reach and fast responses Great amount of options available for everyone from the part-time one deal a year agent to the full-time close one a day agent
Cons
I have no cons at all. The only negative I could offer is that it's sometimes a difficult sell for listings due to the name "Real People". The general public still has no clue how the business works and thrive on believing the big names are better for them. I found refusing to cut my commission was the most effective way of impressing sellers. Discounting reinforces their belief you're a "discount agent".
