Pros
Working at RPM didn’t come with a lot of “pros” to be honest. This company does try and take care of the employees, but unfortunately the owner of the franchise is a stickler and only cares for himself. He doesn’t give his employees the pay the do deserve. I would say a pro would be your boss, they are the ones that put forth the effort to make your job enjoyable. The boss is very understanding and works well in boosting your self confidence in your role and directing you.
Cons
Horrible HORRIBLE pay structure. They are not competitive with other PM companies in our state. They have terrible benefits, and 401k plan. Again, owner of the company doesn’t truly value his employees. When it comes to gathering commission’s on sales you basically have to threat the company in order to gather those commissions. Upper management loves to lie and make false promises to employees.
