Pros
Decent starting Salary for a recent college graduate which is $30k a year plus over time and commission. Nice people, they do company lunches, unlimited coffee, laid back environment, casual fridays.
Cons
Management Sucks, no real structure, the VP's are rude and they sexually harass the women in there. Have to kiss a lot of butt to get promoted. The training sucks. The collections position was monotonous.
