Since we opened our doors in 2000, our firm has grown from less than 20 employees to over 400 knowledgeable and capable professionals across the world. Over the last 17 years of success, growth and maturation as an enterprise, we have established high expectations of our professionals, serving clients who have high expectations of RealFoundations. Far from being “bottom feeders”, because of our culture, values and legacy of delivering successful work, we possess a virtually unmatched depth of real estate expertise and focus within the industry.
Over the last two years, RF has had the privilege of establishing a new office in Chennai, growing our internal employee base and expanding client delivery capabilities. We are the fastest growing provider of outsourced business processes in the real estate space. In this endeavor, we have indeed experienced some turnover as we seek to employ the most talented professionals in the market. Although our turnover rate has been, and continues to be, far lower than the average for professional services firms, we don’t take that achievement for granted. Along with deliberately honoring the legacy of the firm and its history, we are deeply committed to our own culture and values, part of which is embracing and investing in the professional development of new talent.
