Pros

This is a great place to work if you are a recent graduate looking for solid marketing experience. You will learn a lot and be given a lot of responsibilities that will help you grow your resume in the long run. Co-workers are incredibly friendly and helpful (at least when I was there this was true) and there was a team-oriented environment driven by the small company feel within Realsupport.

Cons

Pay is extremely low. Depends on role of course but starting out, you likely won't be making more than $12-$15 hourly. That's barely livable even for a recent graduate with no major responsibilities yet. The turnover is high because people naturally grow out of their roles, seek growth and eventually want to earn more money.

Pros

The work atmosphere was possibly the best I have ever encountered. Everyone is very friendly and collaborates well. Management was phenomenal.

Cons

It appeared to have little room for advancement.

Pros

Great established marketing firm in the real estate market. Has good reviews and is recognized throughout the country.

Cons

Great module for a company and has a lot of opportunities but CEO and VP don't allow the company to advance and grow. They try to keep costs down as low as possible, which is understandable, but it takes money to make money. They have great client retention but are slowly losing large accounts. Position titles and responsibilities change often and salary/hourly pay doesn't change with it. Very high turnover with having to train people constantly on programs and real estate but not enough training is given and you are thrown out into the weeds with high expectations to succeed.
