      Pros

      I have loved my time here at RealVNC. The onboarding was very smooth and informative, the colleagues are lovely and any questions I have get answered. I've learnt a lot already and I am only 1 year in (First sales role).

      Cons

      I don't have any at this time. There are a lot of changes happening due to keeping up with the current market but this can easily be adapted to. :)

      Pros

      Small business vibes, good people to work with.

      Cons

      Lifestyle business trying to compete in the Enterprise space. Complicated, difficult to use and deploy Remote Support product in a very crowded market. No real understand of the market they are in, and very behind in terms of technological advancement.
