Cons
The company has a very high turnover of employees since there is no growth opportunities in terms of income. The owner/CEO is always trying to get proposals, ideas, business opportunities and creative work for free from outside contractors and real estate brokers from the company and does not believe in paying fair salaries to employees. If you want to increase your compensation, the only way is by your own sales commissions. The company expects real estate brokers to work in different roles and work in the office for free by doing the work of regular employees without receiving any compensation, besides their own sales commissions. There are no benefits for employees except the minimum regular vacation days, sick days and Christmas Bonus. There are no holidays, except Christmas, New Years Eve, Three Kinds Day, Good Friday and Thanksgiving. There is no medical insurance for employees or any other benefit whatsoever. The company is one of the real estate companies in Puerto Rico who retains the highest portion of sales commissions from the sales of their contract real estate brokers.
