The perfect combination of teamwork, mature and professional processes, great training, mentoring and yet still freedom to succeed in the way that best fits my needs and approach without any constraints. There is a great culture and people at Realty National. It's the perfect combination fun, professional and productive. The team's values are clearly defined and are truly lived and exhibited on a daily basis.

Hard to think of any

The summer of 2017 I was fortunate enough to be able to work as the marketing intern for Realty National. My two mentors, Jessica and Yvette, were both extremely accommodating when it came to questions and instructions but still gave me enough creative freedom to work on my own. From the very first day, I received work that challenged me and allowed me to discover the basics of working in a marketing position. Some days had me updating the Realty National LinkedIn and Facebook while other days had me creating online flyers for certain properties and updating their MLS numbers. Overall, the work was incredibly rewarding and never felt as if I was doing "busy work".

The only downside I would point out is that sometimes my work would be completed quickly and there would be nothing else for me to do.
