Great team, amazing support and a lot of freedom to develop yourself. It furthermore is incredible to work extremely close with some of the veterans of business start-ups in Berlin/ Germany. The atmosphere is also more focused on creating value, than some of the other incubators. The pay is reasonable. Great access to other founders for help and advice.

It is smaller than others and it only works on a reasonable number of ventures at any given time. The working hours can be long, as to be expected. The separation of RNS actually moved some resources away; maybe some more inhouse would benefit.

Great experience as I get a lot of responsibilty and I have the freedom to work on my own projects. It is very structured but a start-up at the same time - I love that!

Sometimes it is not easy to get information. Anyway the way the people interact with is good so this makes it up.
