- Free 2000AD merch. - A stable place to work: No sign of the studio going out of business. - Good HR/company onboarding - Communication is always very professional

- Bad tools and tech, including an internally developed inferior Slack rip off. - They rely on developing sequels to the same games they've been making for over a decade. - Management are not empathetic and supportive in the slightest. - There is a "sink or swim" attitude and any grievances are dealt with an over exaggerated amount of gravity. - No bonus scheme whatsoever with no salary adjustment to cater to this. - Tasks are planned with tight/unrealistic timeframes. No time for iteration or contingency. - Seemingly no trust in their devs to do their jobs. Everything is over analyzed and monitored. - It's a paranoid, back stabbing work environment with low morale. People constantly throwing their weight around and throwing others under the bus.
