Used to be a great company to work at - Programmer Rebellion Employee Review

The portfolio of the games it makes are all Sniper Elite with a slight spin. Upper management is very poor at communication and I would describe a number of them as incompetent. They regularly break promises and are micromanaging frequently, I have seen some junior programmers being chewed out / bullied by them. There is also a lack of ambition to create outstanding games or better solutions. Any attempts at innovation is met with skepticism and push back.
