- transparent management - inclusive environment - interesting and challangeing projects - chance to work with the latest tech in the industry In regards to the one star review titled "keep away from this scam", that also claimed racism and micromanagement, it's a small company and I am fairly certain who left that review. I happened to work with the person in question. My colleagues and I happened to see them distracted constantly, which was a part of why they were underperforming and let go. We all did our best to help them adjust to the requirements of the projects, but in the end they failed to meet the expectations for the position they were filling. The fact they claim any kind of racism is involved is ludicrous. The Osset studio is one of the most diverse and culturally inclusive places I've worked in. We have people from all over the world working here, of all ethnicities, backgrounds and genders. It is unfortunate to see such ridiculous claims given the actual facts, and I can only attribute it to an emotionally charged point of view on the fact they couldn't pass the probation period.
