Back of the house bullies. Zero knowledge about running a clinic, hyper-focusing on trivial things while only two or three are running around doing everything. Holding a meeting every day to discuss the same thing over and over again with no results. Sticking people in positions they have no business being in then blowing a gasket when they inevitably fail. The entire front staff will stand and watch a patient sit in the waiting area for 30 min and never once wonder why? Or even be bothered to ask..Checking out a patient is a whole process in itself bc there’s 78 different ways to ring a single product or service out. Management is nonexistent, they would be better suited as “damage control”. They spend their entire day calling patients and apologizing for anything and everything, but they never address the true issue at hand to prevent more wrongdoing..Human error or honest mistakes are treated like grand larceny or murder. Insurance is a joke, no vacation time until after a year, no paid holidays at all. If you work over 40/wk the payroll lady just moves your hours around until it’s right at 40 and adjusts your schedule the following week to avoid overtime pay. That alone is illegal and reportable to the labor board. If you aren’t skinny, young, and full of fillers you aren’t accepted. They will create an environment so toxic you’ll just quit..Or they’ll fire you for forgetting to turn off the light when leaving a room.
