      RB will give you 2X what you give it. Age does not matter, ability drives your future. benefits are very affordable

      Cons

      Hours can be really demanding. The speed of NPD launches can cause extra stress trying to get things done in unrealistic time frames. Supply keeps inventory too tight.

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
