Pros
Overall great company who give lots of freedom to succeed and the opportunity to progress. I had the opportunity to move internationally. My UK and European bosses were amazing and an inspiration and super supportive.
Cons
US working culture is awful. A bullying environment with numerous whistle blowing allegations. My line Manager in the US was an awful 'leader' who routinely bullied me and would harass me out of hours and at weekends. She was super passively aggressive and would micro manage me to. Turnover is high because of this in the US. The US and UK businesses are like working in two different worlds. Managers in the US expect failing areas/departments or sites to have a complete culture and performance change in an unrealistic time frame. Change takes time but senior leaders in the US are too busy empire building for themselves to care.
