      Pros

      Work life Balance is good. but there is also a lot of work if you decide to challenge yourself with. Role boundaries are not well defined which can be confusing but allows for a lot of learning.

      Cons

      Hierarchy is disorganized and confusing, role titles are sometimes misleading. Some systems are a bit outdated although things are changing.
