Pros
The company is veteran and dependent centered. They are trying to grow and offer competitive salaries and benefits. Benefits are comparable, but better than most small businesses. My questions get answered timely, my problems are handled professionally and I feel like I have administrative support. They have come a long way in a short time, so their effort and desire to want to be better is evident. I think with more contracts, it will lead to more opportunities for our vets and their families. I am so thrilled to be part of a company who values our troops, especially the ones transitioning out of the military lifestyle. By talking to the main office personnel, they're all veterans and it helps getting their advice and listening to them. There's an unspoken bond between veterans, even if you are not from the same branch. I feel comfortable working with Recruit Veterans and I have recommended this place to my friends and family.
Cons
There had been times when the managers had an old fashioned view on things.
