RBS hires only experts that are niche in embedded systems. The work you do here is extremely interesting and challenging. I work remote and find that I have no communication problems. When I need to work on a project and need help the team always pulls together. I find that the work is challenging and I never get board. I love how it is easy to communicate wit management and team members.

If you are not a self starter that has the tenacity to solve hard problems with little guidance. RBS will be challenging. The team environment is great. You need to be an individual and contribute equally to the team.
