Pros

Great place to work with a genuinely supportive and fun, family-like atmosphere. The owners, senior leaders and management really care about their people and make recognition a big part of the culture. Last year the benefits package was updated, adding more holidays, enhanced maternity/paternity and other perks which have been a huge positive.

Cons

Nothing really – as with any company, there are busy times but the support and culture make it manageable.

Pros

Good health insurance plan. two weeks vacation after 1 year of full time service and 3 weeks after 5 years of service. Free meal on each 8 hour shift.

Cons

Pay is below average. It is hard to find quality people that will stay loyal due to the company not being competative with the pay scale.
