Cons
Bullying is a regular from senior management at Red Havas. Team members arguing openly in the office, people crying daily. Zero training. They just expect you to get on with things despite lack of experience from staff. It is very frowned upon to leave the office at 5:30pm. They give you unrealistic volumes of work and you are expected to work late to finish it. Ridiculous levels of employee turnover as everyone is miserable. Cliques within the team.
